Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 48 business hours (2 business days), excluding weekends and public holidays. Delivery times are calculated as processing time + selected shipping method transit time. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a second email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times vary based on order value:

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to courier issues or customs are beyond our control.

Track Your Order

Tracking information is included in the shipping confirmation email sent to the address provided at checkout. Please allow 48 hours after shipment for tracking to activate in the carrier’s system.

If you haven’t received tracking details within 2 business days of your order confirmation, check your spam folder and then contact us at support@luxxactive.com

Once your order ships, all delivery updates are managed by the courier.

Backordered Items

If you purchase a backordered item (temporarily out of stock), please allow an extra 1–2 weeks for processing. We will email updates when your item is back in stock and ready to ship.

Import Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped outside your country may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. LuxxActive is not responsible for these charges, these are the customer’s sole responsibility.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once tracking shows delivered, LuxxActive is no longer responsible. Please ensure a your have a secure delivery location.

If the order is lost in transit, contact the carrier first using your tracking number. If the courier is unable to resolve the issue, email us at support@luxxactive.com

If your order arrives damaged contact us immediately with clear photos of the item(s) and packaging at support@luxxactive.com

Returns & Exchanges

Our full refund policy can be found HERE.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus original shipping costs).

Please note: Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. We do not cover return shipping.

Exchanges are subject to item availability.
